What the service is

CiteRank asks answer engines the questions you configure, on a weekly cycle, and reports what they answered. It is a measurement tool. It does not modify your website, submit anything on your behalf, or interact with the engines as you.

What we promise

• Every result is a real answer from a real session with that engine, recorded as given. We never synthesise, interpolate or estimate a result.
• When an engine cannot be reached, the report says so. A probe we could not run is never reported as an absence of citation.
• Your questions and results are yours. Ask and we will export or delete them.

What we do not promise

• That your visibility will improve. This tool measures; it does not change what an engine says. Anyone selling the second thing as a guarantee is selling something they cannot deliver.
• On-demand probing. Probes run on a shared, rate-limited pool on a scheduled cycle. That is a design decision and the reason for the price, not a temporary limitation.
• Complete coverage every single week. Engines rate-limit, change their interfaces and occasionally refuse. When that costs us coverage, the report states the gap.
• Continuity of any particular engine. If an engine becomes impossible to measure honestly, we will drop it and say so rather than keep reporting stale or invented numbers.

Fair use

Plans are limited by brands and questions, and those limits are enforced. The free tools are rate-limited per person because the pool behind them is shared. Do not attempt to script the free endpoints — it takes capacity from people using them normally, and it is the only thing that would make us put them behind a login.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the receipt Stripe emails you, or by writing to citerank@kynth.studio. Cancellation stops the next charge and stops new probes; your history stays readable. We do not prorate partial months, and if the tool did not do what you expected in your first month, ask for a refund and you will get one.

Trademarks

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google, Gemini and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners. CiteRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with any of them, and names them only to describe what it measures. The same goes for every product named on the comparison pages.

Liability

CiteRank is provided as-is. It reports what engines said; decisions you make on that basis are yours. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
