Does ChatGPT name your product?

What lands on a Monday
Every report, every week
- The board above
- One row per question you configured, one column per engine your plan covers, and a straight answer in every cell.
- Who was named instead
- The competitor domains the engines cited to answer your buyer, counted across the week. This is the share-of-voice figure, and it is the half of the report that tells you what to do next.
- The pages engines read
- The third-party listicles and reviews behind those answers, separated from the competitors. That list is a work queue: getting onto them is what changes the answer.
- Asked versus answered
- Per engine. “Not cited” and “could not ask” are different facts, and reading one as the other is the most expensive mistake in this category. Every report states its own coverage.

Probes run on a shared, scheduled browser pool rather than on demand — that is the design decision the price rests on, and the reason results land weekly rather than the moment you click. How that compares to everything else in the category.
Questions people ask before paying
How is this $19 when everything else starts at $99?
Because probes run on a shared, scheduled browser pool instead of a dedicated one. Capacity is a fixed daily number that customers are scheduled into, not a number that grows per signup — so a busier week is a longer queue rather than a bigger bill. What costs money at the top of the market is enterprise sales, seats, SOC 2 and years of stored history, none of which you are buying here.
Why weekly and not on demand?
Answer engines do not change their minds hourly, and a single run is genuinely unreliable — only about 2.2% of cited domains recur across three runs of the same prompt. A weekly cycle across every engine is what makes a trend mean something. If you need on-demand probing at volume, the enterprise tools are priced for it and are the right answer.
What is the difference between cited and named?
Cited means the engine linked a page on your domain — that is the state that sends traffic. Named means it typed your brand into the answer without linking you. They are never collapsed into one “visible” figure, because named-without-cited is usually the state you can fix, and knowing which one you are in is the whole point.
Will this get me into ChatGPT?
No. This tool measures; it does not change what an engine says. What changes the answer is being mentioned somewhere other than your own domain, and the useful half of the report is the list of pages the engine read instead of yours. That list is a work queue — but the work is yours.
What happens when an engine cannot be reached?
The report says so. A probe that could not run is never reported as an absence of citation, because “not cited” and “could not ask” are different facts and reading one as the other will have you fixing something that was never broken.
How do I cancel?
From the receipt Stripe emails you, or by writing to citerank@kynth.studio. Cancelling stops the next charge and stops new probes; your history stays readable.
